How Personalization Works
Snappy pulls profile attributes from your Points Roster and dynamically prints them onto the product upon checkout.
Requirement: If a design layer uses a personalized field (e.g., Location), every user's profile must have that field populated in the roster. If data is missing for a specific user, that personalized item will be automatically hidden from their store view.
Adding a Personalization Layer
Go to Customize → select the target product.
Click + Add Layer → select Personalized.
Click Select Personalization Type and choose your data variable (e.g., First Name, Department, Anniversary Date).
Customize text color, font, alignment, and static backing text.
Use Personalized Demo Data on the right panel to preview sample rendering.
