Actions performed by 3DPrinterOS Support

When 3DPrinterOS support helps with your account, they may sign in to a user's account and perform actions on that user's behalf. These actions are still recorded, but they are marked as a support session rather than shown under the user's own name.

How support actions appear. The Initiator Info shows 3DPrinterOS Support and the Initiator User Email shows -undisclosed-. If a row shows this, the action was carried out by 3DPrinterOS during a support session, not by a member of your organization.
