The printer owner can change it for the entire Organization.

When the printer is back online – the badge with the number of active printers will appear in the top-right three-dot menu.
Users can go to the Inactive printers list from there.

7. Camera
After you've connected the camera, it should appear in the printer settings if it's online. After you see it, you need to select the correct one.
You will also need to do this if you have multiple cameras connected to the same host.
Camera settings are available only when the printer is online.
8. Delete
To delete your printer, you need to enter your email
Even if you delete the printer and then connect it again to the same host, it will appear on the printer's page.
If the printer is connected over the network and the Cloud returns "Error on delete: Only industrial or offline printers can be deleted", the Client is still reporting it as online. Remove it on the Client side instead.
Open the 3DPrinterOS Client web interface on the machine the printer is connected to, click Edit printer list, find the printer in the Network printers list, and click Forget in its row. The printer is removed from the Client and also disappears from your Printers page in the Cloud, so there is nothing left to delete there.
The Client web interface is not the Cloud. It runs on the machine the printer is connected to. On a Windows, macOS or Linux Client, open http://localhost:8008 in a browser tab. On a Raspberry Pi, open the Pi's local network IP address instead. Full instructions are in How to Log In to the 3DPrinterOS Client Web Interface.
Forget applies as soon as you click it. There is no confirmation prompt, so check you are on the right row first. To bring the printer back you have to add it again, as described in How to connect a network printer to 3DPrinterOS.
9. Don't forget to save your changes.
Advanced tab (Bambu Lab printers)
Bambu Lab printers have an Advanced tab in Printer settings, next to the General tab. It shows the material type and color the printer currently reports for each AMS slot and for the external spool, and lets you set them from the Cloud. What you set here is sent to the printer through the Client, the same way Bambu Studio sets it.
The Advanced tab is available to printer administrators on the current stable Client.
A slot or spool that shows ? is either empty or holds a material the printer cannot identify, such as a third-party spool without an RFID tag. Set its type and colour here so the printer reports it correctly.
Load and Unload tell the printer to move filament from a chosen AMS slot into the extruder or back out, and they work with the AMS. An external spool is fed by hand, so for the external slot the tab points you to load or unload it from the printer's own menu. While a load or unload runs, the printer sits in the Change Filament status, and Abort stops it if it cannot complete.
