As described in Giving access and set individual user access rights you must have access to the field to have access to the ValveTrack instance within the field.
If you have field manager privileges on the field in question you can give others access.
Go to the sharing icon on the field:
Then add user
Write the e-mail address:
Press enter and hit "Grant access"
