Here is a quick video introduction on how to navigate ValveTrack from the home screen:
Welcome screen 4insight
Once you are logged in to 4insight, you will see several squares (or Lighthouses as we call them).
Fields
Click on the Fields Lighthouse and you will see, depending on your access, one or several fields listed below.
Find the field (if you have access to many) you want to access. Click on the Field name.
ValveTrack Lighthouse overview
Once the Field name is loaded, there might again be several Lighthouses loaded (or only ValveTrack if that is the only Lighthouse you have access to currently). Find the ValveTrack Lighthouse and click on it.
Favorite icon makes it faster to access next time
A quick way to navigate directly to your ValveTrack Lighthouse next time you log in is to make it a favorite. You do this by clicking the Star icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
You will then see the ValveTrack Lighthosue under the Favorite section when you log in again.
Welcome screen ValveTrack
On the ValveTrack overview page, you will find a snapshot of valves status. You will also find the different Section tabs (Valve list, Planner, P&ID, Documents).
Support, Feedback and Knowledge hub buttons
ValveTrack also has direct support and feedback e-mails (the letter icon) and a Knowledge hub (the question mark icon) where you can find on-demand help via articles and videos. The cog wheel icon will highlight the current version of the software and the date released into production. This could be helpful to include if informing us about a bug or likewise.
