If an operation contains an activity that has opportunity for a flexible heading, then the "Heading Advisory" feature within ODST can be used.

The heading advisory feature can be used in both the weather and vessel motion criteria exploration pages and provides the end-user with an interface for determining the optimal heading for that activity across the entire duration of the forecast.
