You can follow these steps:
Navigate to Valve list
Click Excel operations and select import logs from the dropdown menu.
NB: When downloading the template, it will include all valves currently visible in the list. To limit which valves are included, apply a filter before downloading. The template will then only include the filtered valves, allowing you to import logs and status checks for the relevant valves.
Download the Excel template
Adding a log with Excel
The downloaded template contains two tabs: Logs and Valves
You should only edit the ‘Logs’ tab.
Delete the existing logs that you do not want to edit from the 'Logs' tab.
Copy the Valve ID (Column A) from the ‘Valves’ tab into Column R of the ‘Logs’ tab, and the Title, Subsea ROV Marking, Tag, Group, and Location will be filled in automatically.
Now, you are required to add:
Time (Column F)
Final Position (Column J)
Type (Column O)
If you add Initial Position to a Status check, the data will be ignored.
Add all relevant data such as Break Out Torque, Maximum Input torque, Actual Turns, Comments etc.
Log Id [Guid] (Column A) must be left blank to create a new log in ValveTrack.
All rows with an existing GUID (column A) exist already, and all attributes except Log Id[Guid] (Column A) can be changed. Please do not change the GUID, as that will create a system error when uploading the template.

Uploading the Excel template
Save the Excel file with the added/edited logs and click on the Upload template button
The system runs a validation check of the template. If any discrepancies are found during the validation process, you will see the warning message.
You can also see the legend letter in the first column, which indicates whether the logs have been updated (U) or newly created (N).
Press Submit template and verify the log is added to the correct valve.
