How to get read or write access to ValveTrack through 4Insight

Updated over 4 months ago

ValveTrack is an application which is part of the 4Insight platform. To get started with 4Insight, please read this article.

The ValveTrack application is deployed per field. To get access to ValveTrack for a specific field, you will need access to that field. Please send an e-mail to valvetracksupport@4subsea.com and state the field you need access to.

Every user, who has access to the fields, will also have read only access to ValveTrack on that field. To have write access you need to be given ValveTrack Manager role.

A ValveTrack Administrator can provide you with a ValveTrack Manager role. One of your colleagues should have ValveTrack Administrator privileges. These privileges apply per field basis.

As ValveTrack Administrator you can grant ValveTrack Manager privileges to users in your organisation for the ValveTrack instance (filed). To do so go to the Users and Roles and find the user:

NOTE: the user must have logged into ValveTrack first, if not the user will not appear in the listing in Users and Roles.
