As we have started drop trailer work in different regions, we have set up a new process for assigning trailers to yourself.
You will need to scan or manually enter your trailer information in order to drop off a trailer when you have not registered a trailer pickup through our app.
How to drop off a trailer while on a load
You can drop off a trailer while you are a load by completing you check-in once you get to a facility.
Click "Complete Drop Off Checkin"
Click "Begin Check-In"
Read the rules and confirm by clicking "I've Read the Rules"

If you have picked up a trailer:
Click "Tap to Drop Off .."
If you did not log your trailer pickup:
If the trailer you are dropping off has a QR code, then scan the yellow and black QR code on the trailer
If your trailer you are dropping off does not have a QR code sticker then manually enter the trailer number
How to drop off a trailer while not on a load
You can drop off a trailer while you are not load by clicking the button at the top right corner of your "Current" tab with the trailer ID.
