Purpose: The Carrier Leaderboard is in place to measure carrier performance and bases that performance off of 4 metrics. The higher a carrier performs, they will have early access/access to more loads in their region.

  1. On Time Delivery: Ensuring all active loads are delivered by the port/rail cut.

  2. Driver App Usage: When the driver uses the app and completes each stop along the route in the app. This creates less work for the dispatcher/admin and it reduces the amount of tracking and tracing calls from brokers.

  3. Load Closeout: Uploading all pertinent documents and approving for invoicing within 24 hours of delivery. By doing this carriers will get paid faster.

  4. Load Acceptance via Portal: Booking loads using the “Pending Loads” tab in the portal rather than reaching out directly to the brokerage team.
