Updating Vendor Rosters

Vendor rosters help determine which service providers get dispatched for repairs. We always start at the top of the list, meaning the first preferred vendor gets contacted the most.

To ensure you’re working with the right vendors, it’s important to keep your roster up to date. Follow these steps to update your vendor roster in the portal.

Go to the customer profile tab

You'll see a list of locations associated with your hospitality group.

Click the caret to see the location details.

Scroll until you see the Vendor Roster and select the service category

Here, you can see your current vendors and make updates — adding new ones or removing those no longer needed.

To make changes, scroll through the Category list on the left until you find the service category you want to edit. Click on it to view the roster; the selected category will be highlighted in gold.

Update the vendor roster

Once you've chosen the category you want to edit, you can update your roster in a few ways.

Remove a vendor

If you no longer want a vendor to be contacted for service, you can remove them from your roster. Click their name, and a list of replacement options will appear.

Want to swap them out? Start typing the new vendor’s name. If they’re in our network, their name will pop up. Just click that name to add them to that slot.

If you don’t have a replacement in mind, click "86 Mix" to remove the vendor without adding a new one.

Add a Vendor

If you see "86 Mix" in a slot on your roster, it means there’s no designated vendor to be contacted if the previous vendors decline or don’t respond.

To assign a specific vendor, click the "86 Mix" slot, and a list of replacement options will appear.

Start typing the vendor’s name. If they’re in our network, it will pop up. Just click their name to add them to that slot.

If their name doesn’t appear, they’ll need to be added to our network. Reach out to our customer service team, and they’ll take care of getting the vendor onboarded.

Changing the order

Need to reorder your vendors? It’s as simple as click and drag.

Just click and hold the two lines next to a vendor’s name, then drag it up or down the list. Once it’s in the right spot, release it. The roster will automatically save.
