This is a step-by-step guide on how to submit a new service request on the 86 Repairs mobile app.

Select the location the request is for

If you don't see your location, contact your manager -- they'll be able to check your location associations and edit your profile so you're associated with the correct store.

Select the piece of equipment needing service

Add a photo so our team, vendors, and your off-site team know exactly what the situation is

This is especially helpful for issues like cracked glass, backed up drains, or handyman requests.

Describe the problem -- the more details, the better

Select a priority based on the importance of the equipment

โ— NOTE: Emergency requests require OT approval.

Review and submit

The 86 Repairs team will reach out to you shortly with next steps.
