Using the Hompage

Updated over a week ago

All requests for your locations can be found on the Homepage once you log into the 86 Repairs platform. The homepage is customizable so you can see what's most important to you immediately when you log in. It allows you to filter requests based on a wide array of criteria, including whether the ETA has passed or not, who's responsible for taking the next step, and the priority level. Filters can be saved to create overview cards, bringing requests that are most important to you to the front and center of your homepage.

Follow along to see how to best utilize the homepage.

Homepage Overview

At the top of the page is your Filter Cards. These are customizable and are designed to give you a quick snapshot of how many requests meet the criteria of the filters.

In this example, there's one open high priority request.

Right below the Filter Cards, you'll find the option to Save Current Filters.

On the right side of the page, you can click to see your Saved Filters.

If you want to apply different filters, click the arrow on the Filters Bar. From there, you'll be able to see all your filtering options.

If you know the ticket number for a request, you can use the search bar to look it up.

Finally, if you want to change how the requests are sorted, you can do so from the Sort Options Fields.

Using Filters

Filters allow you to narrow down what requests are displayed based on your specified criteria. Let's go over some of the key filter fields available.

To select any criteria for a filter, simply click the box next to the name.

To remove any criteria, uncheck the box next to the name.

Step

This allows you to look at requests in certain stages of the ticket resolution. For example, you could filter for just tickets pending dispatch approval.

Categories

Want to just see cold side requests? Use this filter field to select that service category type.

Responsible

This allows you to see who needs to take action on the request: You, Your Team, the Vendor, or the 86 Repairs team.

Service Request Past ETA

Here, you can filter requests based on their ETA status: Passed, Not Passed, or Not Provided.

Seeing Applied Filters

Selected criteria will appear in a grey bubble under its filter option.

Saving Filters

If there's a filter view that you want to have available in just a click, you'll want to save that filter.

Set the filters as you want them and click "Save Current Filters" in the left side above the Filter Bar.

You'll be prompted to name the filter. We recommend being as descriptive yet succinct as possible so it's easy to remember what the filter entails.

Click "Save" to save that filter.

Viewing Saved Filters

Click the "Saved Filters" button in the right side above the Filter Bar.

Any filter you've saved will be available here.

To quickly apply one of your saved filters, click the "Apply" button next to its name. The filters on the homepage will adjust to meet the criteria of that saved filter.

The name of the applied filter will appear above the Filter Bar.

Making a Saved Filter a Filter Card

The top three Saved Filters will show up as a Filter Card at the top of your homepage.

To change the order of the Saved Filters, click and hold on the icon to the left of the filter's name and drag it to the position you want it in.

If you've added the filter to one of the top three slots, the Filter Cards will automatically update to reflect your change.
