Viewing Tag Insights

If you have the Service Request Tags functionality enabled for your account, you can view reporting on the applied tags.

This reporting can be used to monitor how many requests are associated with a tag, the status of requests with each tag, and to view the total cost associated with tagged requests.


Go to the Tags Insights page

Under the Reporting tab in the portal, you'll see a Tag Insights option at the bottom of the list. Click on it to access the Tags Insights report.


Apply filters

A wide variety of filters is available so you can narrow the report down to the insights you need.

Filters default to being blank. Once you select an option from any of the filters, the table below will update automatically.

Click "Clear Filters" in the bottom right corner to reset all the filter values to blank.


See your data

The following fields are available on the table:

  • Ticket number

  • Service Request Priority

  • Tags

  • Location

  • Service Category

  • Vendor

  • Asset

  • Request Description

  • Request Creator

  • Request Step

  • Request Sub-step

  • Vendor ETA

  • Next Task

  • Responsible

  • Service Complete Date

  • Total Cost

  • Request Create Date

Side-scroll the table to view more insights.


Export your data

At the bottom of the table, you'll see an Export CSV button. Click the button to download a CSV version of the table.
