From incident pictures to invoices, adding attachments to requests is an easy process with the Portal.
Below is the step-by-step guide on how to add attachments. Click the arrows to see the corresponding Portal page.
Click on the "Add Attachment" button at the bottom of the request page
Select from the drop down options what type of attachment you're adding
Click on the paperclip box, select the file you want to attach, and click "Upload"
The attachment is now associated with the request and can be viewed in the "Attachments" section of the request page
