From incident pictures to invoices, adding attachments to requests is an easy process with the mobile app.
Below is the step-by-step guide on how to add attachments. Click the arrows to see the corresponding app page.
Open the request on the mobile app. You'll be directed to the "Overview" screen
Click the "Details" tab
Click the grey "Add Attachment" button
Click the "Attachment Type" arrow and select what kind of attachment you're adding
Click the "Files" arrow and select the attachment
Once you've selected the attachment type and the file, click the blue "Add" button to attach the file to the request
View your files under the Attachments section of the Details tab
