Closing out service requests promptly not only ensures more accurate data but also contributes to a streamlined workflow. Here's a quick guide on how to close a service request in just a few simple steps.

Navigate to the Request

Find the request that you need to close out. Requests can be searched for either by scrolling through the requests page or by entering keywords or request IDs into the search bar.

Select "Close Request"

Look for the "Close Request" button in the top right corner of your screen.

Once you've found the "Close Request" option, click on it.

Fill Out the Information

A form will appear after selecting "Close Request."

This form prompts you to provide essential information regarding the resolution of the service request. Be thorough and accurate in your responses, as this information helps maintain a comprehensive record for future reference.

Click "Complete Request"

After filling out the necessary details, click the "Complete Request" button at the bottom of the form.

Clicking "Complete Request" solidifies the closure of the service request and updates the system with the latest status. This step ensures that everyone involved is informed of the resolution.
