So what is ranked where?
The ranking score is calculated for each listing based on these 2 factors;
- Listing Quality
- Date posted
100% listing quality score is required for your listings to appear at the top after you refresh. This ranking score applies to both sale and rent listings.

I am on Investor Plan. I refreshed my listing just a minute ago, but an agent who refreshed 5 mins ago is appearing at the top. Why?
As Investor is an old subscription, it does not have an edge in appearing ahead of agents who are on the 99 Group Subscription
Will higher subscription tier get higher ranking for their listings?
No, listing rank is purely based on listing quality and last refreshed
I refreshed my listing but it did not appear at the top. Wny?
Check if your listing is 100%
There could possibly be featured listings, hence those listings will still supercede refreshed listings
Will a refreshed, non-100% listing quality listing go to the top, if I am on the 99 Group subscription?
No
Will listings be refreshed on 99 and SRX even though listing on SRX is inactive? Will my credits be deducted?
Refreshing will only be on active listings

Will this refresh also help me boost my ranking on 99?
Refreshing on SRX ALONE, will only affect the list ranking on SRX
