How to Use Prospector?

Here, you can refer to the step-by-step on how to use the prospector feature on 99.co. This feature is available on both the 99.co mobile app, as well as on the 99.co website.

What is Prospector?

Prospector is a tool that allows agents to calculate gains/loss for filtered properties that will make it easier for them to prospect for new leads in the selected neighbourhoods. And they can export mailing labels and reach out to high converting leads for FREE.

How to Use Prospector on the 99.co mobile app?

Steps:

  • Log in to your 99.co agent account on the 99.co mobile app

  • Tap on Home

  • Under Agent Tools, select Prospector

    There are 3 ways to start a search:

  • Enter the address/street name/project name in the search bar

  • Search by property type (Only available on the 99.co app) - BTO/EC MOP

  • Or search by location - e.g Districts, HDB estate, Schools, MRT, etc.

    Should you have selected BTO/EC MOP, and the HDB estate, these are the details that will be displayed:

    • Full address

    • HDB Estate

    • Est. Completion Date

    • Total Units

    • Room Types

Should you have entered the project name in the search bar, and selected the project, you will be able to see all the prospects in list view.

  • You can sort by either viewing the Newest Prospects, or by Gains

  • Tap on the filter icon on the top right corner to select the filters

  • Select the filters based on your preferences (eg. SSD/MOP Status, Gain%, etc), note that this is an optional step

  • Once done, tap Continue to Results

  • The list of prospects should show, and you may tap on the Export Mailing Labels button to export the PDF

  • An email will be sent to you, it will look like the following below

  • Click on 'here', to download the mailing labels in PDF form

  • Mailing labels are formatted to Avery L7159-100, (A4 sheet, 64 x 33.9mm per label)

  • Should you still be using the old format Avery 5160, you can click on the 'Here' to download the PDF in the old format

    *Do note that the links will be available for the next 30 days only, after 30 days, the links in the email will expire.*




    How to Use Prospector on the 99.co website?

    Steps:

  • Log in to your 99.co agent account on the 99.co website

  • You will be directed to your Agent home page

  • Under Agent Tools, select Prospector

    There are 3 ways to start a search:

  • Enter the address/street name/project name in the search bar

  • Search by property type (Only available on the 99.co app) - BTO/EC MOP

  • Or search by location - e.g Districts, HDB estate, Schools, MRT, etc.

  • Select the filters based on your preferences (eg. SSD/MOP Status, Gain%)

  • You can also click on More filters to open up a box, and select the filters accordingly. Note that this is an optional step

  • Once done, click Update

  • The list of prospects should show, and you may click on the Export addresses button to export the PDF

  • An email will be sent to you, it will look like the following below

  • Click on 'here', to download the mailing labels in PDF form

  • Mailing labels are formatted to Avery L7159-100, (A4 sheet, 64 x 33.9mm per label)

  • Should you still be using the old format Avery 5160, you can click on the 'Here' to download the PDF in the old format

    *Do note that the links will be available for the next 30 days only, after 30 days, the links in the email will expire.*

And done! Now you can proceed to print and send out the mailers! :)
