What is Shared Credit Wallet?
Starting from 2nd June 2021, 99 and SRX will now share one credit wallet.
This will reduce the amount of time required to log in onto both portals to create/refresh your listings.
Who has the Shared Credit Wallet?
Agents who are subscribed under the 99 Group subscription will have the Shared Wallet

Why can't I find the option to refresh on both portals?
We have made this available only on 99.co, so you can manage from one portal instead of two
How does it work?
Purchase/Upgrade to our latest 99 Group Subscription to have the Shared Wallet feature.
How many credits are required?
Sales listings - 5 credits
Rent listings - 3 credits
Applies to both SRX and 99.co listings
What if I only want to refresh for one portal?
Currently, you can only choose to either refresh for both or refresh for 99.co, via your 99.co listing dashboard
Then how do I refresh just for SRX listings?
You would need to then do so via your SRX Agent Account page
If I choose to refresh on both, does it immediately refresh on both portals?
Yes it does, probably give it a minute or 2 to reflect
Why do both portals differ? Aren’t you already a group?
Shared credit wallet is one of the few steps we are taking, to facilitate 2 portals together. The initial step was to get listings cross-posted.
How about iProperty?
It is not applicable to iProperty at the moment
Why don’t you all link the same feature to iProperty as well?
As iProperty has its’ complications in how the platform is being managed (local and overseas), we are still facing a couple of issues in trying to manage their platform with the rest

How to top up credits?
Agents may purchase credits via their Account page on 99.co, or reach out to their respective Account Managers for better rates
Can I top up on SRX instead of 99.co?
You can opt to top up via SRX, however, you will be redirected to 99 to complete the purchase
