  1. Accuracy of Shipping Information
    Promaster Electronic is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all details, including the street address, zip code, and contact information, before completing the purchase.

  2. Address Changes and Corrections
    If you realize that the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Address changes or corrections can only be made before the product is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping details or redirect the package.

  3. Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item to the correct address.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    Promaster Electronic is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address if the incorrect information was provided during the checkout process. Once the product has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for delivery errors caused by inaccurate customer input.
