If your vehicle has more than one USB port, try connecting the Wireless Adapter to a different port.

Some USB ports may have different power levels or compatibility.

Try using a different USB cable for the Wireless Adapter.

USB cables can become damaged or defective, so testing with a new cable may resolve the issue.
