1. Check the Device Connection:

  • Ensure that the AI Box is properly connected to the USB port in your vehicle.

  • Try using different USB ports if your vehicle has more than one.

2. Check the LED Indicator:

  • If the LED is off: The device may not be receiving power. Check the following points.

  • If the LED is red: Verify if your vehicle has factory-installed CarPlay or Android Auto.

  • If the LED is blue: The device is powered on and connected. Try opening CarPlay or Android Auto on your vehicle’s screen.

3. Change the USB Cable:

  • Try using a different USB cable for the AI Box.

  • Sometimes cables can be defective or damaged.

4. Verify the Power Source:

  • Connect another device to the same USB port to ensure it is providing power.

5. Restart the Device:

  • Disconnect the AI Box and reconnect it after a few seconds.

  • Ensure it is properly inserted into the USB port.

6. Factory Reset:

  • If the AI Box is on and connected to your car's stereo but you can't connect your phone, try performing a factory reset.

  • If the AI Box is on but not connecting to your vehicle and you’ve tried the previous steps, try restarting the stereo with a hard reset. The method varies by stereo model, so please check here for specifics.

7. Contact Technical Support:

  • If the AI Box is off or the LED indicator is red and you’ve tried all the above steps, contact technical support.
