Make sure your phone does not have any pending system updates. These updates may affect the connection and audio quality. If there are any updates, apply them. In some cases, a simple reboot of your phone can cause major changes to be applied.

To start, connect your wireless adapter to the car.

Connect your wireless adapter to your phone via WiFi:

  1. The network name varies by model, generally "CarPlayBox" or "AutoSky" followed by some numbers and letters.

  2. To connect, enter the password: 88888888. Make sure to enable mobile data on your phone.

Access the Wireless Adapter Settings:

  1. In Safari on your Iphone, enter the following IP address: 192.168.2.1

  2. This will take you to the configuration menu of your wireless adapter.

Adjust the Audio Settings:

  1. Once on the settings page, look for the audio settings option, generally "Media Sound Quality."

  2. Adjust the audio parameters as needed and test to see if this resolves the distortion issue.

Compatibility Mode:

  1. Try enabling compatibility mode on the settings page, usually found under "Connection setup."

  2. Enable compatibility mode to see if it improves audio quality.

Software Updates:

  1. Scroll down to the "Update" section to check if your device has the latest software and install the updates.

  2. Check the user manual for more specific information about your AutoSky model.

If these adjustments do not resolve the issue, please contact our technical support for further assistance.
