How to Return a Product on Autoskyus.com, TikTok Shop or Amazon

You must always return the product through the same way it was purchased, i.e. if you bought the product through Amazon or TikTok Shop you must process it through there. if you bought it on our website directly follow the steps below.

How to Return a Product on Autoskyus.com

  1. Contact Our Customer Service

    • In the support chat go to the "delivery issues" optionthen "Returns and Exchanges" and select "Start a claim" and fill in the form explaining that you want to make a return.

    • Be sure to include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare the product for shipping:

    • Ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

    • Securely pack the product to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Wait for Confirmation and the Return Label

    • Check your email for the return confirmation.

    • We will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

    • Please note that items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

On TikTok Shop

  1. Review the Return Policy:

    • Before initiating a return, check the return policy of the seller or store on TikTok Shop. This information can usually be found on your purchase receipt or in the product details section within the app.

  2. Access Your Order History:

    • Open the TikTok app and go to your profile.

    • Tap the "Profile" icon (typically located at the bottom right of the screen).
