How do I withdraw funds?
1. To withdraw funds, simply go to the Wallet, located in the top-right corner of the website.
2. Then select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and click Create Request.
3. Please note the different limits and fees for each payment method. You can find these at the bottom of the Wallet window.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are usually processed within the first few minutes and take 5 to 30 minutes on average. We process withdrawals 24/7, including weekends.
Withdrawal speed may depend on how busy the payment system is, but the maximum waiting time is 24 hours, in accordance with our regulations.
Withdrawal status: "In progress." What does this mean?
The status "In progress" means that we have approved your withdrawal request and the transaction is being processed. The funds have been sent for processing and should arrive in your account soon.
It may take up to 3 days, although transactions are usually completed much faster.
What should I consider before withdrawing funds?
Before making a withdrawal, please note that every transaction is checked to ensure compliance with all the website rules set out in our User Agreement.
If you have followed all the rules, your withdrawal will be approved and given the status "In progress", which means it has successfully passed the review.
In some cases, funds in your account may be temporarily frozen or forfeited due to a breach of the rules.
Such measures are generally applied when site bonus funds are used incorrectly (accumulating them, exceeding the maximum bonus withdrawal amount, or choosing ineligible games for bonus play).
If you only plan to use funds you have added or deposited, you should not encounter any withdrawal issues.
Withdrawal status: "Error." What should I do?
If your withdrawal request was declined, be sure to contact our Customer Support team to find out why it was cancelled. They will help you understand the situation and provide the necessary guidance.
If a withdrawal to your mobile banking account has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact our Support team and we will be happy to help.
