Beginning in February 2026, Apricot is introducing a new and improved login experience that makes it easier to access Apricot and other Bonterra products using one secure login. This update replaces the existing Apricot login page while keeping the Apricot platform you know and trust fully intact.
With this change, you’ll sign in using your Bonterra account, giving you a simpler and more consistent way to access your tools today and setting the foundation for future Bonterra products.
Why the login experience is changing
We’re updating the Apricot login experience to make signing in easier, more secure, and more consistent across Bonterra products.
This update also allows us to strengthen security standards and streamline how login-related improvements are delivered in the future, without disrupting how you use Apricot day to day.
What the new login experience looks like
When you sign in to Apricot, you’ll notice a refreshed login page and a slightly updated sign-in flow.
First, you’ll enter the email address associated with your existing Apricot user account. This is important, as your email is used to link the new login experience to the correct Apricot account.
Important: The first time you sign in, you will be prompted to verify your email to confirm your identity.
Next, if you belong to more than one organization, you’ll be asked to select which organization you want to access.
Then, if your organization uses multi-factor authentication, you’ll complete that step before continuing into Apricot.
Aside from these updates, your access to Apricot remains the same. This change affects how you sign in, not the data, features, or workflows you rely on.
What’s staying the same
While the login experience looks different, your everyday work in Apricot does not change. Your data and records remain intact, your user role and permissions stay the same, and multi-factor authentication continues to apply if your organization has it enabled.
In short, this update modernizes the login process while preserving everything you already do in Apricot.
There are a few login scenarios worth noting:
If you have access to multiple Apricot organizations, all accounts that use the same email address will now be connected to one secure login. This means you’ll use one email and password to access all associated organizations.
If your organization previously used the same email address and unique passwords for different users across organizations to represent different individuals, this approach will no longer be supported.
Who this affects
This change applies to all Apricot customers in the United States, beginning the evening of February 25, 2026.
If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO) with your own identity provider, your day-to-day login experience will not change. Users will continue signing in through your organization’s existing SSO process. You may only see the new login screen if a user navigates directly to the Apricot login page instead of using your organization’s usual SSO entry point.
This update was introduced in our Apricot newsletters to help customers prepare for the new login experience. You can review those announcements for additional context as the rollout approaches.
What to do next
No action is required before the new login experience becomes available. When the change goes live, simply sign in using your Bonterra account and follow any on-screen prompts, such as email verification or organization selection.
For organizations with strict network rules
During sign-in, you’ll be briefly redirected to a secure Bonterra login page before returning to Apricot. If your organization uses restrictive firewall or network rules, your IT team may need to allow access to https://auth.bonterra.network.
Individual users should continue navigating to Apricot as usual; there is no need to bookmark this redirect page.
