Impact Hub uses the same login as Apricot. If you can’t sign in, you can reset your password from the login screen. This process will update your login for both Apricot and Impact Hub.
Note: If your Impact Hub access was set up before April 22, 2026, you may need to reset your password the first time you log in after this date.
Reset your Impact Hub password
Go to reporting.bonterra.network.
Enter the email address associated with your Apricot account and select Next.
On the password screen, select Forgot password?
4. Check your email for a six-digit verification code.
The email will have the subject line “Reset your password.”
It will be sent from a http://bonterratech.com domain.
If you do not receive the email within three minutes, check your junk or spam folders.
5. Enter the verification code when prompted.
6. Create a new password that meets the on-screen security requirements.
7. Select Reset password, then sign in using your new password.
Once the reset is complete, you should be able to sign in immediately using your new password.
Important things to know
You must use the email address associated with your Apricot account.
Your password is shared across Apricot and mpact Hub
Verification codes expire. If a code expires, restart the password reset process to generate a new one.
If sign-in issues persist after resetting your password, clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser may help.
Resetting your password restores your ability to sign in, but it does not change your access to data or dashboards. Data access is managed separately by an Apricot Administrator.
