How do I reset my Impact Hub password?

Updated today

If you already have an Impact Hub account but can’t sign in, you can reset your password directly from the Impact Hub sign-in screen. This process helps you regain access without creating a new account.

Note: If you already have an account with Nonprofit Hub, the same login credentials are used for Impact Hub.

Reset your Impact Hub password

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Impact Hub account and select Next.

  2. On the password screen, select Forgot password?

4. Check your email for a six-digit verification code.

  • The email will have the subject line “Reset your password.”

  • It will be sent from a http://bonterratech.com domain.

  • If you do not receive the email within three minutes, check your junk or spam folders.

5. Enter the verification code when prompted.

6. Create a new password that meets the on-screen security requirements.

7. Select Reset password, then sign in using your new password.

Once the reset is complete, you should be able to sign in immediately using your new password.

Important things to know

  • You must use the email address associated with your existing Impact Hub account.

  • Password resets are initiated from the Impact Hub sign-in page.

  • Verification codes expire. If a code expires, restart the password reset process to generate a new one.

  • If sign-in issues persist after resetting your password, clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser may help.

Resetting your password restores access to your Impact Hub account, but it does not change your access to data or dashboards. Data access is managed separately by an Apricot Administrator.
