AI Built for Good

Thursday, March 12th at 11:00am CT

AI will change how funding flows, including who gets funded, how decisions are made, and how quickly support reaches communities. The only question is whether the social good sector will shape that change or react to it.

Join us for AI Built for Good, Bonterra’s flagship virtual conference for fundraisers and funders who believe technology should serve humanity, not the other way around. We’ll explore how human-led, transparent AI enables faster decisions while reinforcing trust, equity, and accountability.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Define what human-led, transparent AI looks like in practice.

  • Increase efficiency without compromising fairness or transparency

  • Personalize donor outreach and strengthen grantmaking with practical AI techniques.

Attendees who attend 3 or more sessions will be entered into a drawing to win a $500 donation to the nonprofit of their choice.

What's New

Meet Impact Hub: the fastest way to turn data into insight

We're excited to introduce Impact Hub, a powerful new reporting experience now available in Apricot.

Built for impact-driven teams, Impact Hub helps you go from data to insight — fast. Whether you're building dashboards, creating funder-ready visuals, or reviewing year-end outcomes, Impact Hub makes it easy, intuitive, and AI-assisted.

With Impact Hub, you can:

Instantly generate dashboards from your existing forms and fields

Share polished reports in just a few clicks

Use AI to surface trends, outliers, and insights automatically

All powered by Bonterra Que, your always-on data analyst built into Apricot.

Note for Essentials Users

Essentials customers can view dashboards shared with them by Enterprise or Pro users, but cannot create or customize their own reports in Impact Hub.

What's Coming

Easier navigation within document folders

Case managers will soon be able to move back and forward between Tier 2 records without jumping in and out of lists. Review case notes and supporting documents more smoothly — and stay focused on each participant’s full story.

Cleaner form management for Admins

Forms evolve — and now your cleanup process can too. Admins will be able to delete unused sections on published forms, as long as those sections are empty or contain only inactive fields. This makes it easier to keep forms streamlined and aligned with how your programs operate today.

Linking fields in Data Standards

Data Standard creation will soon support Linking Fields, allowing you to connect forms across different document folders. Build more connected workflows and reduce data silos by linking related information across your system.

This enhancement opens the door to more sophisticated, cross-organizational data structures.

Faster reporting for Attendance Tracker data

Apricot is introducing an enhancement that makes Attendance Tracker data available in reports the same day it’s entered! You’ll be able to access attendance data in both Native Reporting and Apricot Results Reporting without delay — helping you work more efficiently and make timely decisions.

Review our help article below for a refresher on Apricot’s Attendance Tracker feature.

Experience an easier, more secure login in March 2026

We’re excited to announce that soon, you’ll enjoy a faster, smoother, and more reliable login for all your Bonterra products — including Apricot!

Beginning in March, we’ll replace the existing login page with a new experience that keeps your current credentials, adds built-in security enhancements to protect your organization and program data, and makes it even easier to access the Apricot tools you know and love — plus new fundraising tools to come!

As part of this update, all users will be asked to verify their email address the first time they log in — a quick, one-time step to help keep accounts secure.

Note: This login update will not apply to customers in Canada or Australia at this time.

Coming in 2026: Bonterra Central - A community for doers of good

Bonterra Central will be your all-in-one destination for everything you need to success with Apricot. With a powerful unified search, you’ll be able to quickly find training resources, help articles, product updates, webinars, and more - all in one place.

As part of this launch, we’re moving the Apricot Help Center into Bonterra Central. Once the transition is complete, Intercom help article links will no longer work. If you’ve saved or bookmarked help content, you’ll need to update your links when the new Help Center goes live.

If you have an Apricot training subscription, your paid training resources and our free events will be available right inside Bonterra Central — no extra logins, and no juggling bookmarks.

We’re also launching a new Apricot customer community within Bonterra Central. This space will give you the opportunity to ask questions, share best practices, and connect directly with other users who are working toward similar goals. If you’re interested in getting early access and helping shape the experience, we’d love to hear from you.
