What's New
A more secure login experience is here
Apricot's login experience has been updated to strengthen security and simplify access across Bonterra products.
If you haven't already logged in this week, here's what to expect: the first time you log in after the update, you'll be asked to verify your email address — a quick, one-time step to protect your account and organization data.
If you access Impact Hub and receive a login error, use the Forgot Password link to reset your password. Once reset, you’ll use the same email and password for both Apricot and Impact Hub.
Note: This update does not apply to non-US users or single sign-on (SSO) users.
What's Coming
Bonterra Central launches May 4 - A community for doers of good
On May 4, Bonterra Central becomes your single destination for everything you need to get the most out of Apricot. You’ll find your help articles, training resources, events, and product updates all in one place, with one search to pull it all together.
Here’s what that means for you:
Your Help Center is moving. The Apricot Help Center will live inside Bonterra Central going forward. When the transition is complete, any Intercom links you’ve saved or bookmarked will stop working — so plan to update them once the new Help Center is live.
Your training lives here too. If your organization has an Apricot training subscription, your paid resources and free events will be available directly inside Bonterra Central. No extra logins needed.
Community is coming June 1. Starting June 1, you’ll have a dedicated space to ask questions, swap tips, and connect with other Apricot users working toward similar goals.
