FAQs
Quick answers about Cuneihive services, packages, pricing basics, tech stack, integrations, ROI, and support.
What does Cuneihive do?
Cuneihive provides sales automation (primary) and operational automation (secondary)—delivered as custom builds, productized packages, and SaaS products.
What’s the difference between Sales Automation and Operational Automation?
Sales automation: revenue workflows like lead generation, qualification, enablement, follow-ups, and routing.
Operational automation: internal efficiency workflows that remove repetitive tasks and improve reliability (monitoring, dashboards, internal routing).
Can you automate my entire sales funnel?
Yes. We can build end-to-end funnel automation by creating multiple automations for each stage (lead gen → qualification → follow-ups → CRM updates → reporting) and connecting them into one system.
Do you offer “productized services” (packages) or only custom work?
Both.
Packages: common, repeatable systems (minimal customization by default).
Custom builds: bespoke automation systems tailored to your niche, tools, and constraints.
What are the 3 package options you offer?
Most packages can be purchased in one of these ways:
Package only (as-is)
Setup (we deploy it in your stack)
Customization + integrations (we tailor it + integrate with your tools)
What kinds of integrations can you add to a package?
Common fixed-scope add-ons include:
Email integration
Email follow-up automation
CRM or ticketing integration (push leads/tickets automatically)
If you need something beyond the listed options, you can describe it and we’ll quote it based on scope.
What is your tech stack (tools you use)?
We build primarily with modern automation + no-code/low-code tools.
Automation / agents
Anaten (primary automation platform — “no ceiling”)
Langflow (for agent/LLM flow building when needed)
Backends / databases
Supabase
Xano
MongoDB
AlloyDB
No-code builders
WeWeb (often paired with Xano + Anaten)
Vibe-coding tools (when code is needed)
Cursor
Claude Code / Codex
Lovable
Anti-Gravity
Clay
What do you mean by “tech stack”?
In our help center, “tech stack” means the tools you use (CRM, email, calendar, calling provider, databases, website/app builder) and the tools we use to implement the solution.
Do you do traditional coding?
Usually we build with no-code/low-code and “vibe-coding” when code is needed.
We can use traditional development when required, but our default approach is to ship faster using the right tools.
Do you build with Bubble?
We can build with Bubble, and it’s a strong all-in-one tool for SaaS.
However, we generally don’t recommend Bubble long-term because it can get costly at scale and you can’t self-host it.
What’s your recommended tool combination?
Our most flexible combo so far is:
WeWeb + Xano + Anaten
Can you integrate my CRM with an AI chatbot?
Yes—if your tool has an API, we can typically integrate it.
Do you work with n8n or just Zapier?
We can work with Zapier, but we generally prefer n8n for complex automations.
How long does it take to see ROI from automation?
It depends on the goal.
For internal automation: ROI can be immediate (time saved).
For SaaS products: ROI depends on go-to-market execution.
What happens if an automation breaks?
We fix it. Ongoing support can be handled via a retainer.
Can your bots handle customer support in multiple languages?
Yes.
