Throughout January - March, 2024, a lot of the work we did here at Event Caddy was related to our Silent Auction functionality. For example, we added Auction Revenues to the overall Event Finances for a tournament. Also, security enhancements were required to enable Auction winners to pay for their items via the Event Caddy Mobile App, so those were instituted. Stay tuned for more about Auctions improvements in a future update!
Additionally, we upgraded our Golf Course Database, meaning fewer Tournament Organizers should need to contact Customer Support to find their Course.
On the frontend side of things, Organizers now have the ability to change the colours of the buttons on their website (e.g., Registration, Donations, Online Store, etc.) to make those elements match their corporate/tournament branding. Organizers can choose from a list of preset colours or add a custom HEX code.
For our Elite customers, we made some changes to the form they fill out to make it easier to use.
Finally, we fixed an issue that occurred when Organizers made their Tournament Fundraising Goal greater than $1M (a nice problem to have).
