January - March, 2025 was a busy time for Event Caddy. During the offseason (not that we really have an offseason) we tried to take on some larger backend changes that will improve the overall health and reliability of the system.
For example, this year we undertook an upgrade of our PDF generation system to make it faster and more reliable.
For our international customers, we changed how the system handles phone numbers so we can better support tournaments taking place outside North America.
On the front end side of things, we made it possible for users buying a Sponsorship to upload their logo to the system. No more chasing sponsors for their logos, making sure they’re the right size and format, etc.
We also added a new interface for Club Administrators so they can login to Event Caddy and see the tournaments taking place at their courses—and make sure they’re ready to support your tournament.
Furthermore, we made a few additional improvements to the Left Hand Navigation, the Cloning process, and the pop-up windows that appear when users click Upgrade to Pro and Upgrade to Elite to make them easier to use.
