Can I keep track of revenue collected outside of Event Caddy?

Event Caddy makes it easy to keep track of all your tournament revenue sources

By selecting FINANCES > Event Finances from the side navigation of your admin dashboard you'll be able to see a financial snapshot of your tournament. While sales from your online store, donations and player registrations will automatically be added here you also also have the ability to manually add line items for any additional revenue sources - such as in-person mulligan sales the day of your event, online auction revenue and so on.

To manually add one or more revenue line items, all you need to do is the following:

  1. Go to FINANCES > Event Finances

  2. Scroll down the page until you come across the heading 'Other Revenue'. From there you can proceed to add in your external revenue sources. When done, select the 'Add' button. A new empty row will appear so you can continue adding in additional revenue if needed.
