Schedule Start Time - Confirm when you'll be teeing off.

Schedule Format

Shotgun - As described, all players will start at the same time, with one or more groups playing each hole (as selected under the General section shown above).

Timed Starts - This option will prompt you for an interval time where teams will all start at Hole 1, teeing off one after the other.

Charitable Fundraising Goal

Fundraising Goal - By adding a fundraising goal, you will have the option to include a progress bar on your tournament website’s home page to show how much progress has been made towards your goal. The progress bar can be hidden or shown under Website Editor -> Home Page Editor.

Donation & Sponsor Links (Available with Event Caddy PRO!)

Donation - By choosing to enable donations, a Donate button will be added to your tournament website, allowing individuals and businesses to make donations of any amount to help you reach your fundraising goals. Donations can still be received even after your tournament ends.

Sponsor- By default, the Online Store link is hidden. To display it, you can disable this toggle. Doing so will enable the 'Become a Sponsor' button on your homepage, allowing it to show your Online Store products or the sponsorship inquiry form if no products are currently set up.

*For each of these options, the text shown to purchasers upon checkout can be updated under Website Editor -> Custom Names*

Invoice

Invoice - Easily add information to your invoice, it can include address information, payment information or anything else you'd like included on the invoices purchasers will receive.

Additional Options

External Registration - This section will provide an embed link which can be used on your own company/personal website (outside of Event Caddy) to integrate player registrations and purchases. Generally for more advanced users with their own websites. Not recommended due to potential browser 'cross-site' issues.

*To enable the options below you must contact our support team to make the change for you, these are not available to users directly.*

Tournament pays registration convenience fees - Instead of the player paying the convenience fee, the tournament would cover those costs instead.

Invite Only - This will disable the public Registration option from your website, players would need to be provided with a direct link to a registration package in order to sign up.

Display Free Bundles - If you would prefer $0 registrations/online store products be visible on the website, contact our support team to make this change for your tournament.

Disable normal registration - This option will completely disable the Registration section/packages (Player Manager -> Registration Options) but keep the 'Register Now' button on your website. The 'Register Now' button on your homepage would instead lead to the Online Store.

Allow tournament to disable sponsors - This option will disable the Online Store from your website and remove the 'Become a Sponsor' button.

Use DD/MM/YYYY for date format - If you need the date format changed, contact our support team to get this toggled for your tournament.

Tournament URL - If you need your tournament URL updated, we can complete that from our end. Please note this is separate from a Custom Domain and relates only to your app.eventcaddy.com tournament URL.
