If you've already issued a refund (see How to Issue a Refund) or need to remove a player registration/online store transaction from your tournament, you can do this by logging into your admin dashboard and selecting FINANCES > Payment Transactions from the side navigation.

To void a transaction, find the transaction you would like to void and click the three little dots icon located underneath the 'Actions' column. You can then select 'Void this transaction' from the dropdown.

Transactions cannot be deleted by tournament administrators. If you also wish to delete your voided transaction, please reach out to us using the chat icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of your admin dashboard.
