For Clients - bringing all programs into one account

As a client, to merge two or more client accounts on FITR, if you created them by accident:

  • Log in on one of your accounts

  • Subscribe to the additional program from your other account

  • Then delete the unneeded account (take note of the day and week you'd reached, if necessary)

  • Explain the situation to your coach and request any appropriate refund for any overlap in subscription payments

  • Your coach can reschedule you to the previous day and week you'd reached in the program, if it is a Session 1 Day 1 program type
