So this depends on the type of program:
Fixed length program
Given the client pays for the program in one go they will receive access to the whole program straight away - it's not possible to limit what a client sees.
1-2-1 & Group Rolling Calendar programs.
Head to the program from your main list
Head to the settings tab
Here you'll see the ability to change how far in advance the client will see.
Session 1, Day 1 program
Given the client can start the program whenever they wish, we've decided to fix the future visibility to 7 days. Here's how it works:
The client subscribes to the program
They choose the start date
The first 7 days will flow into their calendar from that date
A day passes
The client will receive day 8 to their calendar.
And so on...
This ensures that the client always sees 7 days into the future. At the moment it is not possible to adjust. Please note that with this program the if you update the schedule today, the system will update at the end of the day, not real time.
This is due to the 'trigger' of releasing an extra day to the client once a day passes. Please ensure you keep at least one week ahead of time with this program to avoid any issues.
