Want to launch a program in 6 weeks time, but get people signed up today? No problem.
You can pre-sell Session 1 Day 1 and Group Rolling Calendar type programs. All you need to look out for is the 'Launch Date' option in the program creation wizard, as shown below:
Once published, clients who sign up before the launch date will not be charged but sit in a new 'Scheduled' tab in the program area.
At launch date all clients will be charged at the same time and move into the Active tab. Post launch, all new sign ups and payments will be taken straight away as usual.
Two things to note:
Once published and a client signs up, the launch date can't be changed.
If you add a trial period to a program with a launch date, the trial period will only apply to sign ups that occur post launch date. This is due to the complexity in how both trial days are added and the calculation of the delay to a pre-subscribed client and their first payment.
