Updated over 3 months ago

Using the FITR Client Mobile App you can search and review past performances and associated training notes, Personal Records and their past entries, and review all workouts containing specific Training Block Titles. A free text search option is always available beyond the pre-loaded fields.

  1. To find your Workout History select into your Program and look for the 'HISTORY' icon.

  2. You can also select the graph icon to access Tracking of your Personal Records.

Workout History Icon

Pressing this icon takes you to the Workout History access page where you can search by

  • Personal Records

  • Training Block Title

  • Custom Text

Search by Personal Records:

Personal Records used in the workout section are pre-loaded into the workout history page, e.g in the example below '500M Row' and '8RM Sumo Kettlebell Deadlift. These can be selected to show previous workouts containing these Personal Records.

From the Workout History Page, if you select a Personal Record, eg '500m Row. All workouts which have included that Personal Record will be displayed.

You can apply Filters, to narrow your results down to results within particular Programs.

Search by Training Block Title:

Within Workout History, you can also search by all workouts with the same title. In the below example the Title of the workout from which you are accessing the Workout history page is 'Metcon'. Clicking the anti-clockwise clock icon in the top right corner takes you to Workout History.

By selecting the pre-loaded section title 'Metcon' all workouts which contained that section title will be displayed.

Search by Custom Text:

In the example here the free text search was ' Bench Press' and all workouts containing these terms are then displayed.

Please also note that if you are searching for your results and are unable to see them, here are some detailed guidelines:

  1. Displaying Completed Workouts: Only workouts that are marked as complete will be displayed in this section. Make sure to mark your workouts as complete to have them logged here.

  2. Viewing Notes for Incomplete Sections: If you want to view notes for sections that were not completed, you can do so by using the Filter icon. Select the 'Missed Workout' option. This will display all notes, including those for workouts that were not marked as complete.

  3. Future Sessions: Sessions that are completed in the future will not appear in the history until their actual date. For example, if you complete next Monday’s workout today, it will not show up in today’s history; it will only appear on the actual date of the workout.

  4. Searching Workouts: Enhance your search by using both custom text and predefined fields. This will help you find specific workouts or details more efficiently.

These tips should help you navigate and utilize the workout history section more effectively. If you need further assistance, contact support via our help channel.
