An 'invited coach' does not need to have their own separate coach account, but they certainly can if they wish.
If the person you're inviting already has their own separate coach account then please use the email they've assigned to it in your 'invite coach' invitation.
Note:
You cannot invite a coach using an email that is already signed to a client account in FITR. As an example, you couldn't use fitr.training to invite Jane Doe to coach in your account if that email address was already associated with their client account.
However there is a way to modify their same email by adding '+1', '+2', etc so the system thinks it's different, e.g. janedoe+1@fitr.training.
All correspondence would go to their same inbox but their one email account would now provide two separate account logins, as a coach and as a client.
Any user needs to make sure they're logged out of their client or coach account before attempting to sign in as the other.
STEPS:
To add an additional coach log into your coach account, go to Settings and then the Coaches tab, then select Invite a Coach.
Start by logging into your account.
Click on your avatar located at the top right corner of the page then select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
In the Settings page, find and click on the "Coaches" tab. You'll see two "Invite a Coach" buttons. Both buttons perform the same function. Click either button to open the invitation form.
Enter the coach's email address. Send the invitation for the coach to accept.
That's it! Your coach will receive an email invitation to join your team.
