Your Fieldy uses a single LED to tell you what it's doing — whether it's paired, muted, recording offline, or low on battery. Use this page to decode it. The white LED is always on by default when transcribing. If a user turns it off in settings, there's no light during normal recording.

If your LED doesn't match this list
Blinking white and you're not muted? Your offline storage is likely full. Open the app within Bluetooth range and let recordings sync (Fieldy 2 stores up to 3 hours locally).
Stuck on blue? The device is searching for your phone. Make sure Bluetooth is on, the app is open, and you're within 30 feet.
Won't light up at all? Charge fully with a different cable or outlet, then hold the button for 2 seconds. If it's still unresponsive, hold for 10 seconds to power reset.
