Getting an accurate log of the amount of time your team has worked is important.
We have now enabled a pause time feature for your teams within their mobile app.
How it Works:
Team arrives to the job and checks in
Team takes a lunch break. They pause their checked in timer which starts a break time counter.
After their break, they click Resume, which allows the checked in time counter to continue.
Team checks out of the job.
Pause time is visible in breakdown on staff app and also within the team app and time tracking logs on web
Rules to keep in mind:
Teams must be checked into the job in order to get the option to pause their time.
Teams can only pause their timer once for any booking.
If geo fence is enabled, teams will need to be within the distance radius in order to un pause their timer. (1/4 mile or .402km)
You can decide when approving logs if you wish to include their paused/break time into their approved time or deduct it.
Teams are unable to make any change to their time tracking logs or paused time reported coming from their app.
