Referral Program – Overview

The Referral Program allows your business by letting you reward your customers every time they refer a friend to your business.

We give each of your customers a unique code and a URL that they can share with their friends. You may set this URL to any web page that has your booking form installed on it (i.e your website’s booking page).

When the friend goes to the URL to make a booking, the unique code is entered into the Discount Code field automatically.

The friend receives a discount on their booking, and the customer receives a reward.

The friend discount and customer reward can be any amount you wish.

Your customer can use the rewards they’ve earned by entering their unique code into the Discount Code field on their next booking. These rewards can be combined with any Frequency discount on their booking.

Here’s what a Referral Program looks like to your customer inside their portal

We also make it easy for Customers to always see their rewards balance when they login:

1. Login to your Launch 27 account as a staff or admin user.

2. Go to Settings -> Promotions -> Referral Program.

3. Click the Create a Referral Program button.

4. Enter the following info:

1. Start Date

2. End Date (if you want the program to ‘never end’, set the Year far into the future)

3. Discount

4. Reward

5. Click Save

The Booking URL is a link to the web page where you’ve installed your booking form.

Tip: Set this URL to a page that allows people to create a booking immediately.

1. Go to Settings > General Settings > Subdomain tab

2. Enter a Booking URL to your booking page.

3. Click Save Changes

1. Login to your Launch 27 account as a staff or admin user.

2. Go to Settings -> Promotions -> Referral Program.

3. Click the edit button next to the Referral Program.

4. Set the End Date to Today’s date.

5. Click Save

When you disable your referral program, new customers will no longer being able to use a referral code or link to get a discount.

However, all of your existing customers can still redeem any rewards they have earned.
