Automated Tasks โ€“ Overview

Your Automated Tasks are a great way to save yourself a lot of manual office work. These tasks are actions taken by the system that you can set up to be triggered at a specific time of day.

  • Auto Reverse Launch27 Pay Authorization: Launch27 Pay will release any holds that are outstanding longer than 5 days. The system will release the pre authorization at the time of the task. (Only for Launch27 Pay Clients)

  • Charge: Credit Card bookings scheduled for Today will be charged.

  • Complete Bookings: Bookings are marked as Complete. (Team's pay is calculated, next booking in the recurring series is created, date/frequency can't be changed on the booking)

  • Put On Hold: A pre-authorization (hold) of funds is placed on credit card bookings scheduled for Today.

  • Send Booking Rating Emails And Text Messages: Emails are sent to Customers asking for feedback/ratings on your Team's service. This email is sent only for bookings that are marked as Complete with a Team assigned. Keep in mind, these emails get sent out the day after, (when the booking is marked as complete) so the time you set here will be the day after the original booking date/time.

  • Send Booking Reminder Emails And Text Messages: Emails and/or text messages reminders are sent to Customers 1 and/or 3 days before the scheduled booking.

  • Send Tomorrow's Daily Schedule Email To Teams: Emails and/or text messages are sent for bookings scheduled for Today to each team assigned.

  • Send Unassigned Booking Reminder Emails: Emails are sent to your support email address if there are unassigned bookings scheduled for tomorrow.

  • Synchronize with Stripe: This will update your customers information between Stripe and Launch27 to sync any changes made.
