Overview of the different sections on an application page

Overview

The overview page will provide a quick summary of your application. You can also assign agents, add tags and referral sources to the application

Applicant Page

Identification

On the Identification page, you can input the applicant's personal information, contact details and address. You can also remove a second applicant or the relationship between multiple applicants.

Income

All income sources will be listed in this section including any rental income from owned properties.

Assets

All assets (excluding properties) will be listed on this section. Below are the available asset types:

Bank Account

Investment Account

Cash

Life Insurance

Deposit on Purchase

RRSP

Gift

Savings

Household Goods

Stock/Bond/Mutual

Vehicle

Other

Owned Properties

All existing properties owned by the applicant will be listed in this section. If the applicant(s) owns their current address, a property will be automatically created in this section.

Credit & Liabilities

On this page, you can pull credit reports and manage the applicant's liabilities either directly imported from credit reports or manually created.

Transaction & Collateral

Transaction

On the Transaction page, you can set the purpose of the loan. Setting the purpose to a purchase will create a subject property.

Subject/Mortgaged Property

The property will be listed as the address of the property on the left navigational menu. If this is an existing property, all the information will be taken from the owned property section.

A new subject property will be automatically created if the purpose of the loan has been set as a new purchase.

Loan Page

Loan Request

On the Loan request page you can select the lender you want to submit to and the details of a loan.

Submission

On the Submission page, you can select the submission agent and provide detailed notes for the underwriter with any information not provided on the other sections.

Once you are ready click on the Validate and Submit button. The system will first verify the application and displays any issues that need fixing. If there are no errors, you can submit the application.

All your submission history will be available on this page.

Commissions

You can manage your commissions between different agents on this page.

Documents

All documents will be available on this page including documents generated through Lendesk or uploaded.

Notes

Use notes to keep internal messages or reminders for you and your team.

Tasks

Create and keep track of tasks that need to be completed to move forward with this application.

Activity

The Activity page will log changes and edits made to the application by you and your team.

GDS/TDS ratios

The debt service ratios are visible on the right side. They will automatically recalculate as you work on your application and make changes.

Validate and submit

You can validate your application at anytime by clicking on the button on the bottom right corner. The system will display any issues on the application that needs to be addressed before you can submit
