How can I update the card linked to Zelle®?

Starting January 8, 2025, it will no longer be possible to sign up for the Zelle® app. If you already use Zelle®, you will be able to continue sending and receiving money through the app until March 31, 2025. After this date, Zelle® will no longer be available for sending or receiving money through MAJORITY. This change will impact all similar mobile banking apps in the United States.

If you have lost or blocked the card linked to your Zelle® account, or you want to update the card on your Zelle® account, you can do it with another active card.

Updating the card is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps:

Step 1: Open the Zelle® application.

Step 2: Click on the settings icon located on the upper-left corner.

Step 3: Select "Account".

Step 4: Press "Switch Account".

Step 5: Enter the information of your new card.

Finally, make a payment or receive one to confirm that everything is in order and your card has been successfully added.
