Where can I report a fault and/or make a complaint?

Please report any errors or complaints via the “Help” menu in the app. You can also report faults to the BKK Call Centre from Monday to Sunday between 6:00 and 24:00 on +36 1 3 255 255, or by emailing molbubi@bkk.hu.
