How is my click price calculated?

How is my click price calculated?

In click campaigns, you earn commission per unique click that comes through your unique link.

Updated over 2 years ago

Companies set their own click price and therefore choose how much they want to pay per unique click that you generate for them. But how do you know if the click price is profitable for you? For example, the company may choose to pay 2 kr. per unique click, which may not initially sound like much - but try to see the example below to find out what your click price should be based on some of the campaigns you have previously been on (which have not been click campaigns).

Example

This is an example of a regular commission campaign (i.e. not a click campaign). Here the influencer has earned a total commission of 790 DKK. The data also shows that the influencer has received 549 unique clicks on the campaign.

By dividing the commission (790) by the number of unique clicks (549), we get the number 1.4, which indicates that if this influencer were to earn the same amount with the same number of unique clicks on a click campaign, the click price should be 1.4 DKK.

Therefore, a click campaign where the click price is set to 2 kr. will be even more profitable for this influencer, as 549 unique clicks x 2 kr. results in a total commission amount of 1,098 kr.
