Swapping Rental Items Mid-Hire
Step 1: Select your Active Order
Step 2: Initiate the Exchange
Click on the new Exchange action available on the order.
Select the item to be replaced.
Step 3: Choose a Replacement Item
Pick a replacement from the same category or product group.
The system will carry over the original charge, starting from where the previous item left off.
Step 4: Automatic Accessory Transfer
Any accessories linked to the original item will automatically move to the replacement.
This ensures nothing is missed during collection or return.
Step 5: Review the Movement Document
A new Exchange document is created under the Movements tab.
